Please check the package to see how long and how many ibuprofen you can take in 24 hours or in so many days.
Make sure you drink a large glass of water each time you take an ibuprofen or tylenol as some people do develop kidney problems.

Go to a local pharmacy and take your blood pressure to see if it is evalated or ask the pharmacy to take it for you. If it is elevated you need to see a physician according to how high it is . If extremely high you should go to the Emergency Room so they can bring your pressure down before you have a stroke or heart attack. Do not eat or drink anything with sodium/salt until you have seen a doctor as that will raise your blood pressure quickly.

If you find that you do not have high blood pressure you might try the following.
DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE as the salt will increase you blood pressure to a dangerous level.

Do you happen to have sinus or allergy problems? To check if sinus press on the bones where your eyebrows are for pain or soreness. Press on the bones under each eye that run from the nose to the side of the head. Press in between the eyebrows and the bones that run on each side of the nose. Now very gently press on the sides of the head above your ears and onto the face. (temple area)
If you feel any soreness or pain in any of those areas it could be a sinus/allergy problem.

    1. Take an over the counter non-drowsy sinus medication.
    2. If you think you have allergy take an over the counter non-drowsy antihistamine.
    3. Use saline drops that you can buy at any pharmacy, Walmart, Target or Kmart. Spray or drop them in your nose.
You can also make your own drops with 1/2 cup water with 1/2 teaspoon salt put in microwave for 1/2 minute. Let it come to warm. Stand over sink and use a dropper, or a paper cup with the side creased and put a little into both sides of your nostril letting it drain down your throat or just pour some into the palm of your hand and inhale it into each side of your nose making sure it is getting into the tiny sinus passage so it can open the sinuses and help them to drain.
    4. Use a heating pad, hot pack or a wet hand towel or kitchen towel that has been heated in the microwave for 30 seconds at the time until warm and apply to sinus or side of head that is sore or painful.

Make very sure you keep yourself hydrated. Drink lots of water to help flush your system.

If you do not have sinus, allergy or high blood pressure you still should make an appointment with your doctor right away to determine if there is another problem with your head or body.
