Sometimes mucus can get lodged in the eustachian tube which connects sinuses to the ear canal. So your nose may be unobstructed but you still may have dried up mucus lodged deep in your inner ear. This could ultimately be a sinus problem. If that's the case than I would take an over the counter sinus medication and/or ear drops, that are designed to clear the ear canal.

Dizziness and pressure make it sound like you may have some sort of ear infection. Inner ear infection cause your equilibrium to be off, which makes you feel vertigo or very dizzy regardless of position. When I had an inner ear infection, the doctor told me there was no medical treatment for it. It just had to be played out, but he did give me medication for the vertigo I was feeling. Pain in the ears is often a middle or outer ear infection.

My suggestion is to call or email your doctor. They'll give you a more definite answer.
