CAN A TOURIST SEE A DOCTOR FOR A LONG-TERM ILLNESS?
A crony of cave has been staying with me in London for a couple of weeks. Suddenly, his brain complaint occurred again, which creates serious headache. He told me which he has perceived diagnosis at home for a couple of years, but the complaint won’t go away.
Since this is not an puncture problem, I suspect my crony cannot go to A & E.
Do you think my crony can have an appointment at a sanatorium so which doctors can check? Of course, he is peaceful to compensate since he thinks UK doctors might give a some-more correct diagnosis.

I would take him to A&E. The problem here is you don’t seem to know exactly what the condition is and so it could be pretty severe. Any acute change in a brain condition, the severe headaches for example, should be investigated. Secondly it could be something completely new which will need to be checked out as soon as possible.
Hope I didn’t scare you too much but if he’s having severe headaches and already has an existing condition he needs to be checked over. Take him to A&E but be prepared for a possible wait in reception.
yes they will give all the information after they treat you to your doctor
I hope this helps:
NHS treatment is free to UK residents. Foreign nationals can access some services as well as receiving immediate and necessary treatment at hospitals and General Practitioner (GP) surgeries (treatment at surgeries is on a discretionary basis).
Visitors can also access services provided by NHS Direct, Walk-in Centres and Minor Injuries Units, although some services may not be covered. You must pay for NHS hospital treatment.
