I have had a middle to oppressive (not a migrain) headache for about 3 days. I take ibuprofen each 6 hours, i know i still have a headache since in in between ibuprofen i have a headache.Right right away it doesent harm since im on ibuprofen. When should i deliberate a doctor? Why is it similar to this, i did have a heat but which was 2 days after the headache started. Thanks!

For the past integrate of weeks I’ve been feeling this vigour inside my middle ears. They’re not pressed up or anything, I can listen to fine, and I do not feel anything lodged inside of them, nonetheless it feels similar to something inside my ears is expanding and causing lots of pressure. Sometimes it can be really painful, alternative times it’s frequency noticeable. And it happens in both ears, but not regularly at the same time. I additionally feel drunken a lot, either I’m standing, sitting, laying, it doesn’t matter, I’ll feel dizzy. And I get a little flattering bad headaches in the same mark over and over again. What could be causing all of these things? Are there treatments?
